Disney’s Magical Express – Free for those staying at a Disney World Resort Hotel
- This is a free option available to those people/families staying at a Disney Resort.
- Disney picks you up and takes you from Orlando International Airport to the Resort
- Disney provides “hands-free” luggage service that delivers your bags from the plane directly to your room
- Departing is also a breeze with in-hotel boarding pass service and return shuttle to the Orlando International Airport.
- Reservations are required. We recommend you make your reservations at least 30 days in advance.
Childcare Services:
- Kid’s Nite Out is a childcare service is provided by Disney available for children with the deletion and their siblings on Monday and Tuesday, July 9 – 10, 2012.
- Childcare service is located at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts within the meeting and convention facility so parents may be able to drop in from time to time to check on their kids.
- Last Day to make conference childcare reservations is June 4, 2012. After that date, you can make a reservation directly with Disney childcare.
- The cost for childcare per day is:
- $65 for children 0-3 years
- $82 for children 0-3 including meal
- $55 for children 4+ years
- $72 for children 4+ years including meal
